Sterling mountain cabin is located in Suches, an unincorporated area of Union county in the mountains of north Georgia. Union county is home to one of Georgia’s oldest park, Vogel Park, Lake Nottely and Georgia’s highest point. Brasstown Bald. Union county is rich in many outdoors activities. It is home to 20 hiking trails and 6-bike trail. Suches “the valley above the cloud” is a beautiful area of north Ga that many have come to know as a place to visit if you want the finest life has to offer in terms of its climate, high altitude, rich southern hospitality and breathtaking view. Sterling mountain cabin offers a multitude of outdoor recreational opportunities and only a few minutes from major area attractions and yet quiet enough to restore your soul. Our cabin is located minutes from the area only private airport if you choose to fly in rather than drive. Please call for airport information.
